New webinar: “Food Production Externalities Beyond Europe: A Global Perspective”

RefreSCAR is an initiative designed to enhance the effectiveness and capabilities of the Standing Committee on Agricultural Research (SCAR) Working Groups (WGs). Among its objectives RefreSCAR seeks to improve the coordination of national and European bioeconomy research and innovation programs aligned with various EU strategies like Horizon Europe, the Common Agricultural Policy, European Green Deal, Digital Europe, and the Farm to Fork and Biodiversity Strategies.
